CTNI offers mattress delivery between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. A mattress-only booking is different from moving a complete bed, so describe exactly what needs collecting.
Match the booking to the mattress
Provide the actual dimensions and the size stated by the manufacturer. Tell us if it is a standard mattress, a rolled boxed mattress or an unusually deep or heavy design. Include more than one mattress in the item count.
Keep the mattress clean and protected
- Use suitable protective packaging that covers the whole mattress.
- Keep it dry and ready at the agreed collection point.
- Do not fold or roll a mattress unless the manufacturer permits it.
- Label separate mattresses and provide the recipient’s contact details.
Moving a base or frame as well?
A divan base, headboard or bed frame adds packages and handling. Use bed delivery or ask us to confirm the correct booking for the complete set. A mattress product should not be used to book an undeclared full bed.
Check access before the journey
Tell us about upper floors, stair turns, lifts and restricted parking. Check what assistance is included in the selected service. Arrange additional handling in advance where needed; do not assume the driver can carry every mattress alone.

Yes, subject to the service and route. Confirm release, packaging and collection availability with the seller before booking.
Is old mattress disposal included?
Do not assume removal or disposal is included. Ask us separately before booking if you need an old item dealt with.
