For a new delivery enquiry
- Collection and delivery postcodes.
- Item description, dimensions, weight if known and photographs where helpful.
- Number of items or packages, packing arrangements and the ready date.
- Stairs, lifts, parking restrictions and any additional handling required.
- Any essential deadline — please ask before paying for a standard service.
For an existing booking
Include your booking or order reference, the name used to book and a short description of the question. You can also track your delivery using the details provided with your booking. Do not email payment card details.
For a mainland retailer purchase
Send the retailer name and product link before arranging forwarding. Wait for the confirmed receiving address and reference before instructing the retailer.
