Send us the product and order details
Provide product links, dimensions, package count, the delivery postcode and the expected readiness date. For sofas, include the number of modules and the dimensions of each section; for beds, list the frame and mattress separately.
Agree the two stages
Confirm what the retailer will do and what CTNI is being asked to transport. The retailer’s delivery date does not automatically include the onward journey. For direct collection, the seller must agree to release the goods to the courier.
